Kilimo cha Uyoga

Utangulizi

How to Write Successful Proposals for Youth-based Projects

General guidelines for writing project proposals apply for youth project proposals, although, in this case, the strength of your proposal will be assessed against your ability to make a case for the importance of investing in youth in your community. Whether you are applying for an award that is specifically tailored for youth organisations or whether you are answering to a more general call, which emphasizes the necessity of involving young people in the proposed projects, you should stress the reasons why it is of utmost importance to give preference to young generations in your specific case.

THE CHILDREN'S AGENDA

UNICEF Children Agenda

The Children Agenda (CA) is a coalition of organizations, government and other partners who are committed to advocates for children rights and are collaborating on the development and implementation of a national advocacy strategy for child rights in Tanzania. The CA creates a context for collective advocacy for child rights among government, civil society organizations, development partners, the media and the private sector. While organizations have tended to reserve public campaigns for advancing individual brands, collaboration on child rights advocacy is more cost-effective and likely to have a more significant impact than any organizations operating alone. Collaboration can also help to ensure national reach and impact of the child advocacy agenda.
